Our HWC 2022& 2023 President's Project is Ryker's Rainbow...Supporting families who suffer the loss of a pregnancy, newborn, infant or child.
Light extinguishes darkness, it illuminates and it reveals. It helps us see things clearly, guides as we travel, promotes life and growth. Light warms and comforts, brings peace and calm. Light can pierce through and dispel any kind of darkness. What starts as a single reflection of light can become a full rainbow. And that beautiful light within rainbows reminds us of God’s grace and His faithfulness. No matter the circumstance, His work continues. #BeTheLight

Meals on Wheels of Huntsville/Madison. This program delivers hot meals and a friendly face five days a week to home bound, elderly, or disabled persons unable to cook for themselves due to health problems or who have no one living with them to cook.

HWC Former President Marilyn Wells and Treasurer Marilyn Guffin presented a donation check to Tom Glenn from Meals on Wheels for $10,800.00. The funds were raised from our “non-event” Fashion Show. The show was cancelled due to COVID-19. Members pitched in from selling tickets and additional donations were made. So good to be able to support this great organization.
Thanks to all who made this possible!
